BBN was chosen to lead the House Corporation Board through a master planning process and provided full design services for the renovation.

The objective of the project was to provide facilities for better learning, improved comfort and safety, and enhanced overall physical appearance that remained true to its inherent style. The renovation included reconfiguration of dormitory and study rooms, new interior finishes, mahogany casework and paneling, doors, site work improvements and landscaping, lighting, mechanical systems, and the implementation of a fire protection sprinkler system. A second phase included the renovation of the three resident bathrooms.
