Project Delta Upsilon Fraternity – KSU

BBN Architects provided architectural services for a comprehensive renovation and addition to the Delta Upsilon Fraternity at Kansas State University that includes a new 1,300 square foot library and 1,000 square foot expansion of their existing dining room. The renovation includes all new finishes, as well as new lighting, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New site work includes an expansion of the parking lot to include 20 new stalls and 8 new parking stalls designated for motorcycles, new sidewalks, relocating the basketball court, and improvements to their exterior courtyard.
