Project Theta Xi Fraternity – KSU

BBN Architects designed a comprehensive remodel and addition project for the Theta Xi Fraternity at Kansas State University to alleviate crowded conditions and improve the interior quality of space.

The remodel consisted of all new finishes and thermal insulation improvements in addition to the addition of a sprinkler system throughout all four floors of the house. Improvements included, new doors, lighting, windows, floor and wall finishes. It also included comprehensive bathroom remodels and exterior improvements to the half timber construction sections of the house.

The three-story addition consisted of a first floor library study space and a sleeping dorm for both of the upper floors.
