This 5,500 s.f. Neo-Classic style home has been remodeled to serve as the new chapter house for the Chi Omega Sorority. The design concept has returned the building to its original residential use, providing accommodations for up to 30 members. A key objective in the plan is to recapture and enhance as much of the original charm of the home as possible, while creating comfortable indoor spaces that support and enhance their member’s personal, educational, and social endeavors.
