The Tallgrass Tap House is a new restaurant and brewery that features products of the local Tallgrass Brewing Company, and specialty brews that are made on site in the historic downtown district of Manhattan, Kansas. A large bar features stainless steel brewing tanks anchoring the main dining area.

The Tap House also includes private dining rooms, a view-in fermentation room, a brewhouse, a rooftop beer garden, and a second separated bar and dining area. This set up allows enough seating for 320 while still offering an intimate experience.
