The existing Chapman Elementary, Middle School and High Schools were destroyed by a devastating tornado. This project is 85,000 s.f. of new construction including a gymnasium, commons/cafeteria, library and 6, 7, 8 grade academic classroom pods. Administration, special education and ancillary spaces are also included. The new structure interfaces with the surviving District Gymnasium.
