1227 Bluemont Avenue has long been a destination for great food in Manhattan. After a recent change in ownership, BBN provided architectural services to renovate the existing building and create additions to the east – a new public entrance, patio dining area, and kitchen pantry.

“Bootsies” is a vibrant spot with creative food and fun cocktails. The oven-centric menu features unique flavors from the Americas and Mediterranean. Located in the Historic Aggieville district adjacent to the Kansas State University campus, this new restaurant and cocktail lounge is sure to be a local favorite.
