BBN Architects was honored that Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity in Manhattan, KS – known as the former YMCA / St Mary’s Hospital – received a 2021 Honor Award for Excellence from the Kansas Preservation Alliance.

BBN enjoys researching and working on historic buildings, in particular this project which played important roles in the early years of Kansas State University and our community. It is fun to think about how our historic structures can be artfully preserved and adapted for contemporary use.
